Toolbox

The circular tendering toolbox is the basis for implementing circular tendering as support for circular material flows.

It contains supporting implementation material, such as a flow chart of the circular procurement process (including the preparatory phase, the procurement phase, the implementation phase and the monitoring phase), responsibility matrices and participation options, the framework and criteria of public procurement, evaluation criteria and impact measurement methodology, and a description of other activities, such as training, support and communication.
